지도자 실천운동으로서 사회 지도자들의 모범실천운동(體,德,知)의 선행을 담은 삶의 지혜전수와 공유운동입니다. 사회 각 분야별 인적 네트워크 형성을 지원하여 다양한 지혜전수와 공유의 장을 통한 지도자들의 사회적 공헌활동으로 참다운 21세기 지도자상(멘토)을 구축하여 사회적으로 존경받는 지도자와 스승의 올바른 모델을 제시할 것입니다.

인류 공동체운동으로서 진실하고, 아름다우며, 사랑이 넘치는(眞,美,愛)행복한 세상 만들기 운동입니다. 한국의 발전경험을 전수하여 개인과 집단, 지역사회와 함께 소외된 사람들의 인간다운 삶을 영위할 수 있도록 빈곤을 퇴치하는데 기여하고 그들과 함께 참여와 공유로 지역 변화를 도모하여 지구촌 인류의 공동번영과 행복에 기여할 것입니다.
Community movement
Community Saemaul Movement
- Contribute to achieving the UN Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) project to reduce global poverty and major diseases by half by transferring knowledge of Korea's poverty alleviation experience and administrative experience through the Saemaul Movement to the poorest countries.
- Training and dispatching economic development specialists to underdeveloped countries, and fostering overseas Saemaul leaders.
Leaders Mission
We will strengthen the social role of leaders by supporting the formation of personal networks among leaders in each sector of society.
We will provide a community and sharing of knowledge and experience from advanced countries' national administration, successful startups, and successful business leaders.
We will support mentoring activities to help next-generation leaders develop their careers and successfully transition into society.

Things to check before volunteering
When choosing a volunteer position, it's important to consider the specifics of the job, but it's also crucial to realistically assess the conditions of your work. While unpaid, it's a job that requires responsibility. Therefore, before committing to volunteer work, it's a good idea to consider the following:
* How many hours can you do it?
* Is the job you want ongoing, regular, short-term, or a one-time job?
* Is this something that requires training or something that can be done right away?
* What skills and talents are required?
* What can you learn through volunteering?
* Do you want to do something alone or in a group?
* What kind of people do you want to work with?
Kid's Mission
We exist for the happiness of all children. We respect the rights and values of children and strive to create a world where children can lead safe, healthy, and happy lives.
We fulfill our social responsibility and obligation as a specialized institution for child education and policy by imparting wisdom for improving children's well-being and better lives.
College Mission
As an international civil servant training program designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders who will contribute to the international community, we will provide an online educational platform based on the field and practical experience of experts demonstrating leadership in various fields of the international community.
We will reduce the information gap by supporting education in underdeveloped countries through free education programs.
Scholarship Support
We foster the next generation of leaders who can contribute to the international community by presenting a vision that resonates with the human community in every sector of the global village and by leading by example, fostering community trust and cooperation.
This scholarship is available to students who demonstrate leadership through university activities, have creative thinking, and a spirit of challenge, resulting in outstanding achievements. Furthermore, after graduation, they have a clear goal and awareness of giving back to society and plan to contribute to the restoration of their communities through sharing and service.
