Hello. I am Ban Won-ik, Chairman of the International Leadership Association.  

For over 20 years, the International Leaders Association has been dedicated to the common prosperity and peace of humanity, working with leaders from around the world in a spirit of solidarity and cooperation.

As Chairman, I aim to carry on these values and traditions and more proactively address the new challenges of our time, which are essential for a sustainable future for humanity and world peace.

The future ahead is one of rapid change and new opportunities, more so than ever before.
But at the same time, we face the reality that wars and conflicts continue to rage around the world, the climate crisis, ecosystem collapse, and global economic uncertainty are deepening.

Amidst rapid technological advancements and social change, the need for peace, coexistence, and sustainable development for humanity has become ever more pressing. The role and responsibility of opinion leaders in all sectors of society are more crucial than ever.

Accordingly, the International Leadership Association will also dedicate its utmost efforts to a better future for humanity, centered on five visions.

First, fostering global leadership for future generations.
We will focus on cultivating the next generation of global leaders equipped with sound values and the ability to implement them for a sustainable future. In particular, we will foster a sense of global citizenship among young people by providing them with diverse opportunities for international exchange and practical experience.

Second, the joint realization of a peace community and an economic community.
Without peace, neither economic prosperity nor human happiness can be achieved. Through private diplomacy and international cooperation, the International Leaders Association will take the lead in building a peaceful community of mutual prosperity beyond conflict and an economic community that enables stable growth for future generations.

Third, strengthening ethical leadership in the era of artificial intelligence and digital innovation.
In an era of accelerating artificial intelligence and digital transformation, we need ethical leadership that upholds human dignity and the public good. The International Leaders Association will spearhead global cooperation and discussion to ensure that technological advancements contribute to human well-being and the common good.

Fourth, spreading the value of culture and arts and fostering global citizenship.
Culture and art are the most powerful means for humanity to understand and empathize with one another. Through diverse cultural and artistic exchanges, we will achieve communication and harmony across borders and generations, further expanding creativity and humanistic values.

Fifth, expansion of international cooperation and public diplomacy.
To achieve sustainable development for the global community, we will broaden the horizons of public diplomacy and, through close solidarity with leaders of various countries, further strengthen our international cooperation network to jointly address global issues.

As a global platform that preserves the spark of hope even in times of crisis, the International Leadership Alliance will continue to fulfill its social responsibility and mission.
